By downloading, installing, or using Guardian Angel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Guardian Angel is a personal life administration and home maintenance tracking application. The App helps you track deadlines, renewals, and maintenance schedules, and store documents locally on your device.
3. Subscription and billing
- 1-month free trial for new users
- Monthly subscription: $4.99/month
- Annual subscription: $39.99/year (save 33%)
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings. You will not be charged during the free trial period.
4. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the App lawfully, and not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App.
5. Local data storage
The App stores your personal data locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will be delivered or that the App will be error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these terms.
